Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive your returned product and it is inspected and verified as defective or damaged, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
